A lot of bosses in games are supposed to be hard and a challenge to most players. It’s why they’re bosses. It’s great if you only need to beat them once, but for some games like MMOs, you’ll need to farm.
That’s why you’ll want to know how to not only find the bosses but get the best way to beat them. In Type Soul, one of the hardest bosses to fight is the Vasto Lorde, but don’t worry, there’s a way to cheese it!
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can spawn Vasto Lorde fast in Type Souls as well as how you can cheese this boss. Now, let’s see how we can beat this boss fast!
If you spawn as a Hallow in Type Soul, you can try and become Vasto Lorde. To do this, you’ll need to do a few things first. You’ll either need to spawn and defeat Vasto Lorde or kill another Albino Hallow while you are one.

Here are the steps we’ll be taking to spawn Vasto Lorde and how to cheese the fight:
- Progress through as a Hallow and become an Adjucha.
- Defeat other Adjuchas until you get 25 Mask Cracks.
- Follow the lines and spawn Vasto Lorde.
- Defeat Vasto Lorde using the cheesing method.
- (Optional) Skip the boss fight and kill an Albino Adjucha.
- Become Vasto Lorde!

Spawning Vasto Lorde
The first thing you’ll need to do is to go spawn into the game as a Hallow and select the Server tab on the upper left of the screen. When the Server tabs are shown, you’ll want to select the one that says “HM” and then pick a server.
NOTE: To make things easier, you’ll want to go to low-population servers, so that you can avoid PVP.
Once you’ve selected a server, you’ll automatically be teleported to Hueco Mundo. From there, you’ll want to beat NPCs and eat them using the B Key. Doing so multiple times will transform you into a Menos.
Now, repeat the process of fighting NPCs until you increase your grade and transform into an Adjucha. From there, you’ll need to fight and kill NPC or Player Adjuchas and get Mask Cracks. You’ll need a total of 25 Mask Cracks, and you can find your progress on the upper right of the screen.
NOTE: Be careful of fighting in this form because if you die, you’ll lose 5 Mask Cracks with each death.
When you reach 25 Mask Cracks, random sentences will appear around your screen as well as lines that you’ll need to follow. Following these lines will spawn Vasto Lorde but it’s RNG-based, and it might take only a few minutes to half an hour.
Keep following the lines and wait for 2-4 minutes before following new lines. If you spend more than 30 minutes doing this, then just re-login to the server as the spawn might be bugged.
If you do reset or relogin while waiting for him to spawn, you’ll get the Albino Skin which might make you a target for other players.
After a few minutes of following the lines, Vasto Lorde should spawn!
Cheesing Vasto Lorde
Fighting Vasto Lorde as an Adjucha can be challenging and if you’re not careful you might die and have to do it all over again. To make sure we don’t get blasted by this boss, you’ll want to look for the high mounds or pillars shown below.

Stay near one of these areas as you fight the boss. When your health is getting low, you’ll want to face your back onto the mound and then hold the S-key to move backward and spam Space to jump. This should let you go on top of the mound if done properly.
You can then stay on top of the mound and wait for your HP to recover. All the while the boss is helpless below. Once you’re in full HP, you can jump down and continue the fight. You can repeat it again and again until you defeat them.
Albino Method
If you don’t want to do the boss fight, then the other method is the Albino one. For this, you’ll need either a friend or another account. You can also just skip looking for friends or making a new account and just look for an Albino player but can be riskier.
To do this method, you’ll want to follow the Hallow Progression shown above until you get 25 Mask Cracks. Relogin into the server and you’ll become an Albino.
You’ll then need a friend or an alternate account to do the same thing. Make them get 25 Mask Cracks and become an Albino. You’ll then need to fight and kill the Albino and you’ll become Vasto Lorde immediately!
