This is my second time at Energy Massage, and the first time I went there, she told me she was going to have some walking bars installed in the ceiling so she could give walking massages, so this time I decided to give it a shot, and it was great; she walked on my back and legs for about 35 minutes, using her feet to do the massaging. I had never had anything like this done to me before, but after experiencing it I know I would seek it out again. She is petite, so her weight is not an issue, and she used the ball of her foot to massage my muscles and relax my joints. When it was finished, she gave me a hand and head massage. After finishing, I felt a bit sore, but the next day, it was like starting again; I walked with a newfound lightness and ease. Worth every minute of your attention.

She walked on my back and legs for about 35 minutes, using her feet to do the massaging. Never previously have I sought out anything like this, but now that I have, I know I will. The small woman massaged my aching muscles and loosed my stiff joints with the sole of her foot since neither her size nor her weight presented any problems. When it was over, she massaged my hands and scalp. My muscles were sore afterward, but they felt great the following day, and I was able to walk with a newfound lightness and comfort. The time spent on it is well justified.
